SHIPPING POLICY

At LovesPaws, our goal is to ensure that both you and your pet enjoy an excellent shopping experience, no matter where in the world you are located. To offer you a broad, dynamic catalog with the best value for money, we work in direct partnership with our international logistics hub, EPROLO, which handles quality inspection, unified packaging, and fast dispatch for all our products.

Our processing and delivery times are structured as follows:

1. Processing & Preparation Time

Once your payment is confirmed, our logistics center requires 2 to 3 business days to process your order, perform an individual quality control check on each item, and prepare the package for dispatch. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, processing will begin on the following business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package is handed over to the courier and leaves our international facilities, standard transit times are as follows:

  • Shipping to Spain: 7 to 15 business days using optimized express shipping lines.

  • Shipping to the European Union (EU): 8 to 15 business days managed through optimized EU transport networks.

  • International Shipping (Rest of the World): 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and local delivery agencies.

Note: These timeframes are estimates based on regular courier operations. During periods of extremely high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sales) or due to occasional customs inspections outside of LovesPaws' control, delivery times may experience slight delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

We have simplified our rates to keep your checkout experience clear and transparent:

  • Spain (Peninsula & Islands): We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see on the product is the final price you pay.

  • European Union (EU): A fixed flat rate of €2.95 applies, which will be automatically calculated and added at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Rest of the World (International Shipping): For any order shipped outside Spain and the EU, a fixed flat rate of €6.99 applies, which will be automatically calculated and added at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched by the shipping provider, our system will automatically send you an email containing your tracking number. You can enter this code in the "Track Your Order" section of our website to view the exact location and status of your package at any time.

5. Delivery & Receipt Guarantee

For your peace of mind, all our shipments (both national and international) are covered by a 30-Day Shipping Guarantee. If due to an exceptional logistics issue or package loss by the carrier your order has not been delivered after 30 calendar days from the dispatch date, we commit to issuing a 100% full refund or sending a free replacement, according to your preference.
