RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LovesPaws, we care deeply about the satisfaction and well-being of our customers and their pets. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Right of Withdrawal (If you change your mind): In accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right to return your order for any reason and without justification within 14 days. In this case, the shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package (items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If you detect any issues, email us immediately at devoluciones@lovespaws.com attached with a photo or short video of the damage so that we can evaluate the situation and send you a free replacement or process a full refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (such as opened pet food, treats, or supplements).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Animal care and hygiene products that have been unsealed.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Returns are not accepted for gift cards or items purchased on clearance or final sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item or size you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item in our store.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your credit, please contact us at devoluciones@lovespaws.com.

3-Year Legal Warranty
In accordance with current European Union legislation, our products come with a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or non-conformity, counting from the date of product delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by bites, scratches, or general pet behavior.

To streamline any procedures and offer you the best solution, we recommend notifying us of any defect or non-conformity as soon as possible after detection by emailing devoluciones@lovespaws.com, including a brief description along with photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
